Patanjali Ashvashila

Ashvashila is formulated with Ashwagandha and Shilajit.

• In Ayurveda, Ashwagandha is traditionally used as a Rasayana (rejuvenative tonic), to help relieve general debility during convalescence or old age, as a sleep aid, and as a nervine tonic to balance aggravated Vata; it is also traditionally used for memory enhancement.
• Shilajit is traditionally used in Ayurveda to help alleviate painful urination associated with mild urinary tract disorders, based on classical Ayurvedic practice.
